how to count occurrences of rows that have certain value only if preceding by certain value, and count how many rows of that

I have some data spread over one column and 120 rowsthere is a repetition of the value 1 and 0 corresponding to certain operation mode

so it looks similar to that

my question is thathow to identify
how many occurrences of the set of group 0 in that column = in my above example is 2

how many occurrences of the 1 group in that column , that is only followed by 0, = in my above example 2 times

and count the rows in the first occurrence, in my above example 0 group count should be 3

to make it complicatedhow about if the above result been associated with another column value, i.e. not to consider that 0 value unless the column A value is equal to or greater than a certain value in Column C;

noting that the increase step for each row is fixed but the max and min values in the row is not fixed
