I have a list of engineers and their skillsets with level. The Engineer names are A2:A10 with "Name" in A1. The Product names Fabric(B1), MA Fabric(C1), and SD(D1). Under each product, the engineers are scored in the knowledge level of 0 to 4. I'm trying to enter a product in a cell and the level needed to return a list of names. I can do this with a table, but the final list of products is 20+.
